Without going into a lot of detail let me just say that I would highly recommend Ryan for your carpentry and building needs. Ryan spent considerable time scoping and estimating the various jobs that needed to be done and then proceeded to work tirelessly with manufacturers to get the necessary materials to do the work. He constantly kept us informed as to the status of needed materials and how this would influence when he could do the job. Once on site he was timely and efficient, and the quality of his work was excellent.

Ryan and his team did a great job, replacing our sliding door and picture window. Especially as things were not standard size, it was a challenge and they did a terrific job. He kept us informed of the progress, and sent pictures, which was great because we were not at the home when he was doing the upgrade. He definitely keeps his word, if he says he’s going to be there, he will be there. It’s so refreshing to have a competent contractor that you can trust. He pulled the necessary permits and handled any town issues. We highly recommend O’Sullivan home improvement.

Ryan installed a new front door and Anderson storm door for Jim and I. He responded the same day when we first called, and told us he could fit us in his schedule in a week to 10 days. Prior to that he came over to see what the work would entail and gave us a quote. He set the time to do the job and was in full communication at every step, and showed up when he said he would. His work was high quality and he was meticulous throughout the job. He really cares about the work he does. He patiently answered all of our questions. We will hire him again when the situation arrives.

Ryan was great. He responded quickly and was very communicative even when there was a delay in materials he reached out to let us know right away. Hey was quick, efficient and cleaned up well. It was a small project but he made us feel as much of a priority as any project. We will definitely call him again.

Ryan kept in touch with me by text.  He came when he said he would and did a fine quick job. Very personable and nice to have around. I will hire him for siding in the spring.

Beforehand, Ryan provided a very detailed quote with various project options which allowed us to target what was right for our budget at the moment. His communication was great (before, during, and after the project). He and his team did excellent work on the project, and clearly made sure everything was done correctly, built to last decades. They were very thoughtful with the property, and even took care of minor details with my other windows (like missing grilles). Afterwards he remains available.
